• Documents: The app acts as a digital repository; the validity of physical documents (passport, visa, etc.) remains the user and agency's responsibility.
• Security: Users must keep their account credentials confidential; loss or misuse of credentials is the user's responsibility.
• Service Changes: Devisaku may update services, features, or policies and will inform users of material changes.
• Liability: Devisaku is not responsible for losses arising from usage outside our reasonable control, including third-party disruptions.
