We reject any form of child sexual exploitation, abuse, trafficking, or gender-based violence on or off our platform.

All features, content, and services on DEVISAKU must be used safely, responsibly, and lawfully.

Content and Usage Rules

Strictly prohibited on DEVISAKU:

  • Content containing child sexual exploitation material (CSAM).
  • Attempts or invitations to engage in sexual activity with minors.
  • Content depicting or supporting sexual violence, human trafficking, or any form of exploitation.
  • Using the platform for unlawful purposes, including recruitment or fraud involving children or teenagers.

Content or users violating this policy will be blocked and reported to the authorities.

Monitoring and Reporting

We monitor and review user activity to detect and prevent misuse.

Cooperation and Legal Compliance

DEVISAKU complies with applicable laws, including:

  • Indonesian Law No. 35/2014 on Child Protection.
  • Indonesian Law No. 19/2016 on Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE).
  • Google Play policies on Child Safety & CSAE.

We will cooperate with BP2MI, Indonesian embassies, Interpol, and child protection agencies to prevent and act on violations.

  • Recognizing signs of exploitation, violence, or sexual misconduct.
  • Reporting safely and protecting sensitive data.
  • Obtaining legal or psychological support when needed.
